Dr. Bennett had over 24 years of experience in Semiconductor Physics and Electronics prior to his role as Vice President & Chief Scientific Officer at Anasim. He led software development activities at Anasim. He was the principal architect and developer of pi-fp’s simulation engine, and single-handedly developed and deployed RLCSim at QuantumDA, a company he founded. He was also the inventor of the Effective Current Density model that dramatically simplified electro-magnetic simulation complexity for symmetric GRID structures. He contributed to ComLSI and ST Microelectronics among his many industry assignments.
