Vice President & Chief Scientific Officer, EDA & Software Development. Dr. Bennett has over 24 years of experience in Semiconductor Physics and Electronics. He heads up the EDA division and software development activities at Anasim. He is the principal architect and developer of pi-fp’s simulation engine, and single-handedly developed and deployed RLCSim at QuantumDA, a company he founded. He is the inventor of the Effective Current Density model that dramatically simplifies electro-magnetic simulation complexity for all forms of GRID structures. He has previously contributed to ComLSI and ST Microelectronics among his many assignments.
